Which were 'All the Rage' back in the early 80s. You have seen the Chefs cut up a good quantity of Vegetables and Meat with very little effort and high precision.
We were out at one over 30 years ago and I asked the Chef if I could see his knife. I looked at the Brand and it was Wusthof from Germany. That's when we bought our set of Wusthof knives.
