Two wrongs don't make a right

Our jails are full because of vigorous prosecution and over-sentencing for low level drug offenses and petty crime. We should fix that, not compensate for it by going light on serious crime.

In my opinion, the guy got off light as it is. Three years is not enough for a fascist committed to overthrowing the government, and willing to be on the front line of an insurrection to do it.
