...those don't even count. That's like me getting a city ordinance passed making it illegal to wear red on Sundays because I could convince enough people to vote for it. Has nothing to do with national/global regulatory determinations. Go back and read 40 CFR (which contains EPA/FIFRA--Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, Rodenticide Act). The registration status of glyphosate has not been recently amended--not since 1988 IIRC.

Go into any Lowe's or Homey Depot and look at the WALL of glyphosate products on display as you enter the garden center. It's next to the Agent Orange.
