...there are drug-addicted and HIV+ babies born every day in every state. Pregnant women have lost their potential children/pregnancies due to Covid. Why was she "singled-out" for (apparently aggressive) prosecution? Would they have prosecuted a white, professional, anti-vaxxer, woman for having a miscarriage during a battle with the virus? She should have "known better" too--right? My question still comes down to the motivation of the prosecution.
