Here in Pittsburgh, it's the opposite.

Very few drivers are in any hurry to make it through the next traffic light.
Traffic moves slow. It's not congested, it's sluggish.
Even traveling on the Turnpike or interstate highways heading east, it's hard to maintain the 70 MPH speed limit because so many slow drivers hog the left lane, and the right lane, you'd think we were still under the double nickles.
