Now that's what Fogerty says, but he's always seemed like an asshole to me. Not that I don't love CCR, do and always did.
Friend of mine saw hundreds of live shows, they were his frame of reference. I ripped a lot of his LPs to CD so he could play them in his car, and he was crazy about double-live albums.
My frame of reference was always studio recordings. Every time he'd hand me another double-live to rip for him, I'd cringe inside.
