A tale of woe.

Married her though I should have known better: yeah, love is not only blind but stupid.
Paid off her college loans; though she had a good job, I didn't want her to keep paying interest on them.
After six years, it was over. She was pursuing a Phd while working at the most prestigious law firm in town. They handled the divorce pro bono. I didn't wanna spend a fortune fighting the somewhat ridiculous demands and caved.
Damn thing is, I have zero regrets.
