Seriously. This is a case of gross negligence by the manufacturer, resulting in pain, suffering, and loss of livelihood. They should pay, losses plus penalties, so be sure to document ALL resulting medical expenses. I hope she recovers soon.
Not to make "too" light of the situation, but that machine does sound like something Acme Corporation would sell to Wile E. Coyote -- see linked story.
