Experiencing diverse environments like that can change your views on life forever. Nice people are nice, idiots are idiots. Doesn't matter where they are from.
In the small assembly workshop that I manage we just hired a young Turkish guy. And we already had a great young Armenian guy.
From day 1 together, they got on well. They now converse in their home language, joke around and trade recipes.
We also have 2 Koreans, a Russian, South African, Papua New Guinean.
Building a new United Nations one worker at a time.
