Now you mention it there used to be a a restaurant in Lewes Delaware, The Debraak, named for a shipwreck off the beach that happened in 1798. They had a veal cordon bleu that was awesome. Veal steak covered in lump blue crab meat and bleu chess sauce. I never had it anywhere else or since. Sadly it closed a long time ago and has since been razed.
