We bought an Accent last year. It has an immobilizer, all of the MY2022 Hyundais and Kias have them.
But our 2022 looks just like a 2021 (or 2020, 2019, and 2018). So it wouldn't surprise me in the least to find the car with the rear window smashed at some point.
