Their whole tourist flight operation blew it.
Interesting this helicopter had the pilot in the left seat, which is quite unusual. Since most pilots are right handed, the right seat is the international standard position giving the best control over the cyclic and collective.
And had bigger, more luxurious seating, which may have assisted to obscure peripheral vision.
