with these kids? The bulk of the armed carjackings are being done by kids - some as young as 12. Police say most are repeat offenders.
On my block, a young doctor was recently killed when his car by carjacked. Police aired a porch video that showed the car being bleached when it was being abandoned. Kids bleaching a car? They knew what they were doing and I doubt the carjacking was their first offense.
