Mostly 'black folks'.
And we know how that works.
When a white guy like me commits a felony, I get to plead to a misdemeanor and walk.
When a black guy commits a misdemeanor, he's held in jail until he agrees to plead to a felony at which time, if he's lucky, he's released with 'time served'. More importantly, he has a felony on his record and can't vote (in some states) or ever own a gun.
Me? I'm white, so I can do both.
If you don't understand how the system works (and has always worked) you don't know much.
