Even the cheap ones. Just like Blu-Ray players and AVRs and game consoles. The big streaming services will subsidize any box with a SoC and HDMI output in order to get their apps in front of customers.
The way I look at it, smart TV features are basically freebies. If they work well, I might use them, otherwise I'll ignore them. I certainly wouldn't choose a TV based on it. The OS and apps will become obsolete before the display does. When that happens, I can plug in a stick of my choice for next to nothing.
