RE: Meat Thermometers

My charcoal fires can be 'variable'. Much easier in the long run to simply use a meat thermometer.

the Weber, at the link, is now up to 17$, a lot more than when I bought one....

Burgers should be 'well' but I skirt that a little to get a juicier burger.

Dogs I cook until they EXPLODE if given my way. Bacon Wrapped Kosher is BEST.

And I don't worry too much about corn on the cob, either. Leave most of the husk ON and soak for a
couple hours before incineration. By the time they are dry, they've also steam cooked to perfction. Another couple minutes and you can get a LITTLE bit of tasty char....

People expect C-O-C when they come over now.....
