Its been a year or more since I dropped a dime and spoke with an attorney.
I DO remember that brother-to-brother was excluded. Even a single instance over any amount of time.....not like a monthly thing or whatever, which could conceal a sales scam.....just ONCE...Sorry!
Single shot is a goner, unfortunately. I'm not certain IF a built-as single shot, like Ruger #1 Rifle or an old Browning HIgh Wall or even a Thompson Center Contender are or are NOT still legal....
for about a month? I owned a 20 ga single shot. I could NOT PRINT ON A SHEET OF NEWS PRINT at 20 yards. Unless I held way UP and Right. I might have been able to wing somebody at combat range.....7 yards......indoors if I used birdshot.....
Roster continues to Shrink and the only people able to buy new will be Security (former cops or military) for Wealthy People. So the wealthy will STILL be able to be publiclly 'anti gun' while essentially employing a private army.....or at least a Platoon?
