That's a good point. They do taste the same, but the texture is a little different. They're a little "softer". I had some just now with peanut butter. (Unfortunately, I don't have any honey or jam.)

Anyway, when I smashed them up to put into my soup, they crumbled differently than they used to. That's when I noticed the difference.
