Probably when the Marlboro people bought NABISCO Brands.Or more likely when Warren Buffet overpaid for Kraft and they had to cut costs or surrender to creditors.
That merger a was crap move.
Scratch that. It likely happened when Kraft spun-off Mondelez. A whole other story of ineffectual management.
