Funny. One of the local TV news stations ran a follow-up last night to one of their earlier consumer complaint segments regarding Carvanna. One of the complaints was over a transmission rebuild, and the other was over a title issue.

Both were handled satisfactorily by Carvanna. They reimbursed the one customer in full for the tranny, and the other one they were unable to resolve the out of state title issue, so they issued a full refund and bought the car back from the customer.

So it sounds like they may be actually getting their customer service poo together. Although two cases doesn't make a turn around.
