What I did learn, not from your sources, is there is some sort of negotiation period that expires in June/July of 2023, so there is plenty of time for this to go in any direction between now and then. Florida also has laws on the books to dissolve these corporate tax-havens so this isn't a ground breaking precedent for them and will play a role in the negotiation period.
BTW, you remember when Disney made their US employees train their foreign replacements before firing Americans ??? Great American company, no ??? Disney isn't called Mouseschmitz for nothing and the Disney pedos are causing Walt to roll over in his grave.
