Florida should charge Disney PRK style taxes, permits and fees since Disney is a PRK based company to make the woke activists feel like they are paying their fair/equitable share and make up for the past 50 years of leaching off of Floridians.

I am sure the surrounding areas will do fine, especially since Disney will be paying those municipalities taxes from now on instead of themselves.
