So pilot adjusted seat and thought it was in locked position. This has happened to me while driving no big deal. Clearly a design defect that a warning wasn't given prior to take off that the seat wasn't locked in position. Slothy MFers I'm betting some cutback or deregulation somewhere led to this catastrophe. Surely the airline will be made whole by some special insurance deal they get while homeowners around the country can't buy flood insurance. Are the families of the dead compensated by the airlines for these kinds of things?
