My wife and I are taking a couple days off, and are on a little getaway excursion to San Diego. We took a little detour, and went to Temecula. There, I dropped off some cables, which had been on my Cable Cooker, to an audiophile there. I was pleasantly surprised, that he's actually just a few years younger than I am. I have cousins, who are that age.

Although not a mud bath, certain springs resorts in SoCal have clay/mud. We learn the hard way, that if you intend to keep your bathing suit, make sure that it is black in color. Otherwise, the clay/mud can stain your bathing suit.

Once you rub the clay/mud all over the body, sit in a dry sauna for 10 minutes. Afterward, washing off the mud feels sooooooooooo good.

The hotel has a wide in-room tub. SoCal makes our skin drier, so my wife and I opted to use Fur oil drops. Back in the Bay, our Hetch Hetchy-sourced tap water is perfectly fine with non-oil bath bombs, bath salts, bath soaks, bubble bath, and milk baths.
