Blame shifting, Rinse & Repeat

There was no border bill needed to ask the world to surge our southern border.
And to pay everyone coming in. Pre-loaded debit cards, free healthcare for all, schools, Room and board, just get here now.
No bill is needed to stop it.

Typical D idea. We'll introduce a bill that will codify the invasion into law.
When the Rs kill it we blame them for not wanting to fix the border!
And we'll refer to it as the border bill they shot down:)

edit: still works a little bit, but too many people are on to their game and it's not working like it used to.
