Yeah it's weird, there are a number of things those objects appear to do that nothing the public knows of or apparent physical laws permit but all that establishes is it's not understood at this level..
What does the public knowledge or even general relativity tell about what is possible if a civilization had 1000 times longer to evolve than we have up to today?
Given how little we know about what really is in outer space, it truly is an exciting time for discovery.
