From what I read it is not apparent. What BLOOD LEVEL of vitamin d does your MD want you to be at and what BLOOD LEVEL does he think is too high? I'm assuming beans means stones. I can't imagine that he would want you to be vitamin d deficient or insufficient based on BLOOD LEVEL.
