Totally meaningless, and you know that

But even in that meaningless statistics the US is WAY below, your graph simply does not go far enough.

There are several ways of measuring the fatalities, none is really good, things such as fatalities per 100,000 vehicles, but the most meaningful is probably per vehicle-miles driven.

Point is - no matter how you count the US is nowhere near number 2.
