That seems like an excellent deal even if you paid to ship. Albeit here in Hong Kong, the price of imported goods tends to be high. Starbucks for example is more than double here to what I pay in Canada.
There is a discount import store here that does offer Lindt and ritter chocolate for quite affordable prices. Ritter Rum and Raison for $1.25 US is quite good. One of the few milk chocolate bars I like.
If you live on the West coast - try to go across the border to British Columbia and try some Purdy's Chocolates - I prefer them to Lindt or Godiva and they cost less (being in Canadian dollars). Purdy's has been operating in Vancouver since 1907 and has 900 employees. They're in most shopping malls in British Columbia.
I like getting the ice cream bar dipped in chocolates with almonds - it was $2.25 CAD back when I was there last (pre-pandemic).
They offer factory tours as well.
