Better than my results

I turn on a light and it blows the breaker! It's an outdoor light that I need a ladder to reach, though, so I just tape the light switch off. I also have a GFI socket outside that always needs resetting. I also replaced my water heater with another non-heat-pump version because I didn't want to do electrician stuff. Electricians are so expensive in San Francisco bay area.
