RE: Calling All Electricians:

Victor has a good idea for troubleshooting. Find all the other plugs or switches that feed from the GFI. I'm betting that water has gotten into one of the boxes causing a short.

If everything checks out and there is not water and you don't see any sign of arcing inside the box, then replace the GFI and replace with a 20 amp one.
