I have built and continue to use the version of this amp with CCS "tails" on each stage and parallel 6550 outputs. This version requires the use of two Lundahl power transformers/mono-block. I used amorphous core Lundahl iron and a hybrid bridge in the PS. With the current source differential output the power is 16W into 4 ohms. Don't let that number fool you. They drive my 89db speakers as loud as I care to play them. The iron for this project cost ~$2,500. I spent ~$5,000 building them. Dave has pictures posted on his gallery www.raleighaudio.com
