You might get more "bang for the buck" by using a DN2540 cascode. The higher AC impedances further suppress AC imbalance currents in the differential amplifier stage, the only currents that would pass through your PIO cap, reducing asymmetric distortion components. I have built a pair of Kevin's Parallel 6550 differential class A mono-blocks which use this input/driver topology. The change from single device to a cascode in the driver CCS was dramatic.
