As an owner of the Mood Indigo, I recently upgraded it with the new "Extreme Active Output" stage. The conversion is relatively easy and not too expensive (you can receive a credit for the old transformers). It is defintely worth doing and another reason to purchase. BTW, the new "stage" is supurb, not that the old one was a slouch! -JT
ps. if anyone is interested I can send pictures. There is room in there for a RACK DAC II and PS, if you want to add digital inputs.
