I have Luhdahl step ups installed directly into a Cornet Classic and highly recommend them. I believe the Classic has more potential to install them in the same chassis, the inputs are a good distance from power. But I did have to fiddle with positioning a quite bit to eliminate hum so you may be better off with the full kit.
