"Also should I use common cathode resistor? " If it was mine I'd configure as an LTP with a common CCS instead of a resistor. This would probably require a small negative supply below the current source.
As for the ringing in the IT, in my amps I ignore it. Doesn't seem to affect the sound that much. Besides, I don''t listen to square waves.
