he played a 'synth-axe' instead, which was interesting the first half hour

between sets I sidled up towards the stage, caught his attention & begged him to play guitar ... he smiled and said that he didn't bring one

after expressing my admiration and thanks, we left; couldn't take any more synth

even being a fan though, I must say that he wasn't very strong as a composer

I enjoy him in other people's groups, my favorite being Tony William's Lifetime ... he's only on one album though: 'Believe It!' ... fantastic!
