Surprising answer!
I loved hearing Bria with her vocal, trumpet and band on KJAZ 88.1 FM, so I posted to this site (AA), and hifitommy is a pretty longstanding, relatively local friend.
He loved her, so do I. Checked her out on the 'net, pretty neat.
What you named as retro music is great, and brings forth good feelings in people. You are in mental health, if I recall. You should understand then, good memories help endorphins and other feel good hormones, not just "mindfulness"...another topic.
Right now, as I type, in the background, I'm playing a time tested and old message in song. Through my songs, both sacred and secular, my 50 + church group of 100 strong senses joy and encouragement. So have my patients when they share about music and life. Thus, I can use our hobby to help people out.
