No desire to trade in the Edgarhorns. In fact, I think I am barely scratching the surface of their potential. This is a journey, and I'm only 6 months down the road. Last week I ordered a Mcintosh MC275. Much of my system is gear that is no longer manufactured, but may not yet qualify as vintage. When researching the Mcintosh, I expected to go vintage, but was advised by some with experience that the current version IV would be a good choice. I'm really looking forward to this!

I imagine you miss Seattle a bit, but love Honolulu. My mother is from the Big Island, at the end of the road from Kona in Kohala. You are in paradise... Best wishes for a great New Year.
