I know that Bruce Edgar uses either a 300 or a 350 Hz tractrix horn for his Titan's for a mid driver to be used from 500 Hz and up, so that is probably a good solution.

Yes, the link you refer to will work for your application, that is, also for a circular horn.

However, for a 2" driver the throat area is not 6.25 cm2. The area of any circle is Pi x r x r, which in this case means 3.14 x 2.54 x 2.54 cm2 = 20.26 cm2

The size factor should probably be set to "1", not "4", since the horn will not be supported by any surface or wall.

A calculation based on these parameters gives a 30 cm long horn with a radius of 16,7 cm at the mouth.
