I made the rear chamber somewhat larger to start with,measured impedance,then added scraps of wood to reduce internal volume till I got somewhat over 100 hz.The impedance peak became less pronounced,so I'm not sure exactly sure what freq it's tuned to,should be fairly close,though.Usable output goes to 80 hz,then falls rapidly.(measured with pink noise and Behrenger RTA)The extensions would be interesting to try,but would make them 46" dia!,so I decided not to try it at this time. If I added extensions to the midrange horns,too,there wouldn't be much room left for the picture. The LABhorn is limiting the size to only 4 ft high now,(front projector)so don't want to make it any smaller...:-)
