Just connected my 808-8A/511B combo for a first listen. The bottom end is 416-8B's in a large reflex. Passive crossover (1Khz), with DIY tube amps top and bottom. Anyway, it sounds like it falls off pretty rapidly after 7K or so in the high end. Above 10K I don't think there is any real output. I have no accurate measuring tools. Anyone know if this is the expected curve? Defective drivers? Something I could/should do in the crossover?

Oh, I love the sound, would not want them to be too much brighter, but just a tad more output in the top octave would be nice.
