Hi Adkins,Rapid is right, the horn will be very large. It is the length of the horn that decides the flare rate, not the size of the mouth. A 34 Hz horn will have to be at least 2.5 meters (a little more than 8 feet long). Note, that this is only the length of the horn itself, so you will have to add the depth of the cabinet to the 2.5 meters.
And a 34 Hz horn will not take you to 34 Hz but rather to something like 40 Hz. You can get a little further down if you double the woofers. Reducing the size of the mouth will actually take you a bit further down in frequency but at the sirious cost of making riples in the response.
Below are pictures of my 29 Hz straight horns. They are 3.0 meters long (app. 10 feet).
I also doubt that your 18" driver is suitable, the Qt is quite high. If you want to use it above, say, 80 Hz or so, I would not use that driver.
Bass horns really get awfully large:-). If you do not have space for such a horn, you could either fold it, or go for another cabinet type.
