I have been using Altec A7s with the LABhorn,I recently cut them in half to use just the front loaded horns,goes down to 100 hz ok.Dr Edgar makes some horn shells that would work well.
The Volvotreter site has plans for a mid bass horn that is similar.
Any of these should work well,good luck!
