A pair of them will do nicely... I got mine yesterday,works well with the A7s.With a reading on the Ratshack meter of 100 db/2m on a Fleetwood Mac DVD,minor clipping on cymbal crashes were observed on a scope.The HF horns are padded down considerably to match the woofers.If you biamp,3.5w should be more than enough.I find that at normal listening levels,peaks of 1/4 to 1/2w are all that is needed.I don't like the idea of having to buy batteries on a very regular basis,so I'm using a 12v nicad from my DeWalt cordless drill/screwdriver.(DW9050)
I have been wanting to multi-amp(four way with the Fostex tweeters and Labhorn),at this price,I guess now is the time...
