Which driver for a sub bass horn?

Hi, I have a chance to build a large 20-25 Hz mono folded bass horn. It can be about 15 feet long (app. 450-500cm) and should cover the frequency range between app. 25-60 hz (maybe up to 70 Hz). The bass horn should accompany a mid-bass front horn with a 15" driver that will cover up to around 180 Hz, and above that I will use an Oris 150 horn with a AER full-range driver.

I have two different drivers to choose between for the sub horn and would really like your thoughts on which would be best.

Option A: I have the obtion of buying a real beast rather cheap – a used 21” PD.2150.

PD.2150
Fs= 22 Hz
Xmax = 12.00 mm
Revc= 5.48 Ohms
Qts=0.19
Qes= 0.2
Qms=5.51
Cms= μM/N
Vas= 628 liters
Mms= 305 grams
Sd= 1630 cm2
BL= 34.28 T/m

The PD driver should be great, but I wonder whether it will sound well when playing at low levels too.

Option B: I already have a pair of JBL 15” HS136, that I could wire in parallel. The HS136 are modified versions of the 2226H, with a heavier membrane and a slightly stronger magnet.

HS136:

Fs = 35 Hz
Xmax= 7.87 mm
Re= 5.0
Qts= 0.38
Qes= 0.4
Qms= 7.7
Vas= 153.5
Mms= 146 grams
Sd= 800 cm2
BL= 20 T/m

Which would be best?

I thank you a lot in anticipation!

Regards
Peter
