The LAB12 drivers are $150 each from Parts Express,2 drivers and 3 sheets of plywood will build one LABhorn cabinet for about $400-500,depending on the quality of plywood used.I think you'll have a hard time finding anything else that will even come in that price range,or considerably more... YMMV
