Hi horn people,I would very much like to hear about your experiences with the BMS 2†4590 compression driver (and with the new and far more expensive BMS 4594nd, in case anyone have had the chance!).
From people who sell these drivers, I have heard rave reports. However, from competing suppliers, who do not sell BMS drivers, I have heard concern about how the 4590 measures.
Since these “camps†naturally are somewhat biased due to the fact, that they make a living of selling their products, I would very much like from people who use (or have heard) these drivers for hifi.
How do they sound compared to the TAD’s for instance? What horns are you using them on, and how far down (and how steep) do you cross them?
I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
Regards
pk
