Tom, the 605's are a much more advanced design. JBL never did make a better coax and I highly doubt some PA speaker designer can either. There is a big difference between having a concentric tweeter crossed over properly and a speaker that has a tweeter that is 6 feet away from the woofer crossed over too high.
