They're not 114dB/w sensitive. Scoops have broadband sensitivity the same as the driver has in a direct radiating alignment. The horn boosts sensitivity in the lows only, usually to no more than that of the direct radiating output. They were typically used with high Fs low Qes drivers that had poor low frequency sensitivity when loaded in reflex boxes. The Black Widows that they're probably loaded with have 98dB/W sensitivity. The high frequency section might have 111dB/W sensitivity.
